Service Areas
Ductless mini-split installation and repair referrals across Quincy and its immediate neighbors.
We’re anchored in Quincy and cover the towns that border it directly — Milton to the west, Braintree to the south, and Weymouth to the southeast. Keeping the territory tight is deliberate. It means the contractors we work with know these specific towns’ housing stock, permitting offices, and — importantly here — which rebate program a given address actually qualifies for.
That last point matters more on the South Shore than most places. Quincy, Milton, and Weymouth are served by investor-owned utilities and fall under Mass Save’s rebate programs normally. Braintree does not. Braintree has its own municipal light plant, which puts it outside Mass Save’s electric heat pump rebates and under a separate program instead. Our heat pump rebate guide covers the difference in full.
Quincy itself is covered on our Installation and Repair pages.
If you’re just outside these four towns, call anyway. Depending on the job, the contractors we work with often cover a wider radius across Norfolk and Plymouth counties. We’d rather tell you plainly that we can’t help than take your information and go quiet.
