Accessibility Statement

Our position

This site should be usable by everyone, including people who navigate with a screen reader, a keyboard, or at high magnification. We treat that as a baseline requirement, not an enhancement.

What we've built in

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice, that means:

  • Semantic HTML — real headings in order, real lists, real landmarks, so assistive technology can convey the page's structure.
  • Keyboard navigation — every link, button, and form field reachable and operable without a mouse, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Text alternatives — descriptive alt text on images that carry meaning, and no meaning conveyed by images alone.
  • Readable contrast — text and interface elements checked against WCAG's contrast ratios.
  • Labelled forms — every field has a properly associated label, not just placeholder text.
  • Responsive layout — content reflows without horizontal scrolling down to narrow screens and holds up at 200% zoom.
  • No motion traps — nothing auto-plays, flashes, or moves in a way that could trigger discomfort or seizures.

Where we may fall short

We test as we build, but we're a small operation without a formal audit program, and some issues only surface with real assistive-technology use. If something on this site blocks you, we want to hear about it — that's the fastest way it gets fixed.

Reaching us another way

If any part of this site is inaccessible to you, call (857) 810-4188 and we'll take your information by phone. Nothing on this site requires you to use the web forms to reach us. You can also email [info@ductlessminisplitquincy.com](mailto:info@ductlessminisplitquincy.com).

When you report a problem, telling us the page, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology you use helps us reproduce it. We'll acknowledge your message and tell you what we're doing about it.

Third-party content

Some functionality relies on outside services, and we don't control their accessibility. Where an external service creates a barrier, contact us and we'll find another way to help you.
